In case multiple reservations under the same name in more than one hotel of the chain with the flexible rate, Playasol Ibiza Hotels reserves the right to charge the 25% of your stay as a non-refundable deposit. Booking more than 3 rooms, different conditions and supplements might be applied. Playasol hotels doesn't admit multiple reservations for groups on this channel, in a way that any reservations booked under the abovementioned conditions will be cancelled by the hotel without possibilities of refund for the reservation holder nor for the recipient of the booking. Which is our cancellation policy?
We strongly recommend you to contract a travel insurance that covers the cancellation of accommodation reservations. In the event of cancelling the booking 2 or more days prior to check in date, you will be given a full refund. In the event of cancellation or changes in your booking, you will be charged an extra fee of the first night of your booking. This policy is also applied to No Shows.
Please, send an E-MAIL to PLAYASOL IBIZA HOTELS: firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly stating your reservation reference number, which is shown on your confirmation e-mail. Cancellation shall require your confirmation in writing sent in an e-mail or a fax.

GENERAL In the event that, on account of force majeure (enunciatively but not limited to political or economical disorders or any instabilities affecting safety), there were deficiencies in the reservation, confirmation of reservation and/ or the execution of any trip or services contracted through PLAYASOL IBIZA HOTELS, due to circumstances non-foreseeable or non-solvable by PLAYASOL IBIZA HOTELS, or even in the event it was impossible to render any of the agreed services, the customer waives any claim against PLAYASOL IBIZA HOTELS and/ or any of the firms belonging to PLAYASOL IBIZA HOTELS, existing either currently or in the future, on the grounds of the said deficiencies or failure of performance, unless PLAYASOL IBIZA HOTELS’s lack of professional care is confirmed.
If the accomodation which you booked initially is not available due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (e.g. fire, breakdown of room facilities which would make it impossible to maintain the standard of quality and comfort described in our offer), the company is responsible for providing the client with alternative accomodation of equal or higher standard, in the same area and with the same services of the originally booked accomodation, without any extra costs for the clients
